Light Day

Today ended up being a long and stressful day. I still managed to handle my meals, but boot camp was canceled. I was sorta thankful with that...though I was excited to actually go three times in the same week. I'm sore as hell still.

I started the day off with cereal and rice milk, ate the second half of my sub from yesterday, had a greens+ bar (some basics."

For dinner I decided to make some hamburger patties. I added in worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger (no not a redhead), white pepper, season salt, and cayenne pepper. I didn't have anything else with it. A few hours later I had the second edition of that meal. Just some more patties.

The part to take notice of is the reeses pieces I had later in the evening. It wasn't that minute, but I wasn't all that happy about it. Then I remembered that it's ok to have the occasional item. It's good to have a "cheat" in there so I don't go crazy later on.

Biking at the beach tomorrow. Should be great times. Hopefully I get a decent workout in from it.
