Today was a regular non-eventful day. I started with my bowl of cereal (honey nut cheerios with vanilla rice milk). I also shot the day off with an ounce of the green envy daily detox. I'm not quite too sure about it, but I thought I'd give it a shot. It's quite horrible tasting, but luckily an ounce is simply two tablespoons.
A few hours later I hit up subway. If it's good enough for Jared (played out?) then it's good enough for me (yeah played out). I ordered a foot long club on honey oat bread. It contained ham, turkey, roast beef, pickles, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and ranch. I only ate half and I saved the other half for another time. Maybe tomorrow.
I had an afternoon shake (containing papaya, raspberries, orange juice, and the lean strawberry powder + carnitine). Roughly 16 ounces.
I went with a friend to a Brazilian joint for dinner. I had some filet medallions with some mashed potatoes and broccoli. You'll learn I'm not really a veggie eater. By not really I mean not at all. So the broccoli was a good step for me.
I finished off my night with my protein shake in 6 oz of vanilla rice milk. I chased it with a slice of ham and a slice of turkey.
Tomorrow is boot camp. I'm insanely sore today. I can only imagine what tomorrow has in store for me.

good stuff. there are healthier subs at subway obviously. i'm no expert, but ham, roast beef and ranch isn't that great. whatever, you're kickin my ass i'm sure. :D
ReplyDeleteit's true. Though my main thing right now with food isn't necessarily What's the pristine healthy choice. If I can ballpark I'm fine. The main thing I want to make sure to do is eat more meals in a day. It's too easy for me to do 2 meals a day and be done with it. Maybe eventually I'll head the other route, but I don't really want to cut out everything I enjoy.
