I've had a stressful last couple of days...and my stomach has been fairly upset. Now keep in mind that this hasn't stopped me from eating things that would make me feel bad....in fact I headed more that route. Makes sense, right?
I started both days out with cereal, and on both days I had two Trader Joe's green chile and cilantro tamales for lunch. Kinda bland and boring (even with the green salsa and red hot sauce I used). I also had my afternoon shake of papaya juice, orange juice, and raspberries mixed with the strawberry lean body powder plus carnitine. Both days I missed the next meal that I should have had.
Yesterday I went to boot camp. I was kinda bummed that I missed my meal before it since I feel like it works better for me and was even suggested by the trainers. I was thoroughly worked over though. One of the best workouts I've had. I'm still sore and kinda dread the soreness that is bound to set in tomorrow. It's ok though. I go again tomorrow night!
Last night I just had some leftover rice from the night before...I think that's all I had. Oh wait! I had some reeses pieces.
The only difference between last night and tonight was tonight I had pizza. I had two slices of pizza on wheat crust with garlic sauce (rather than red sauce), lime chicken, and bacon.
I should have eaten again, but my stomach is a bit on the upset side. Also, the pizza sits too heavy in me. Doesn't really allow me to eat anymore. I'm glad I don't eat it as much as I had been.
Tomorrow's a new day, and I hope to be back on track.
One last thing. Sorry this is written so horribly. Turns out it's a bit hard to write for two days when mixing the two days into a paragraph. That should teach me a lesson about skipping a day of writing.
